Can you ship?

I am a cottage food operation and therefore cannot ship at this time.

Do you have a minimum?

I have a one-dozen minimum.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery fees are $25 within a 15 mile radius of Belgrade - this includes Bozeman and Manhattan. After that I charge $1.50/mile up to 60 miles from Belgrade.

The only thing that can affect delivery is dangerous driving conditions due to weather, and if something comes up I will contact you to work out other arrangements. Delivery fees are refundable should other arrangements have to be made due to weather or if pickup is decided upon.

How do you package your cookies?

I package cookies in individual resealable bags placed in a cardboard box. I can also package them loose in boxes if you'd prefer them not individually bagged. I can package cookies in boxed sets if desired - simply leave me those details in the description section of the quote request.

How does payment work?

Once we confirm the details of your order I will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid in full your order will be booked on my calendar. For events more than 2 months out I require a 50% downpayment to reserve your spot with the remaining balance due 1 month out from your event. Partial refunds are available if cancellation is made 14 days before the event. Full refunds require a one month notice.

Do you offer gluten free cookies?

I am not able to offer gluten free cookies at this time.

Can you make these cookies I saw on Instagram/Pinterest, etc…

I am happy to work with your theme to come up with unique designs. I do not copy cookie designs other cookiers have created.
